General Terms of Promotion: Instagram 2024 Homebrew Day Giveaway
1 Participation in the 2024 Homebrew Day Promotion
1.1 Scope
These General Terms of Promotion (“GToP”) apply to the “Instagram 2024 Homebrew Day Giveaway” organised by Anton Paar ConsumerTec GmbH ("Anton Paar").
1.2 Eligibility
The promotion is open to all Instagram users who meet the participation requirements. Participants must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. Employees of Anton Paar GmbH and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies as well as relatives of such employees and their relatives are excluded. Participation with forged identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted. Each participant can only take part in the Promotion once. The participant is responsible for the correctness of his/her information.
1.3 Time Period
The promotion begins on May 7th 2024 and ends on May 12th 2024. Entries submitted after the end date will not be eligible for participation.
1.4 Requirements
To enter the promotion, participants must like the promotion announcement on Instagram, follow the account easydens_by_antonpaar, post a photo of their EasyDens 2nd generation device in their timeline and tag our Instagram account (@easydens_by_antonpaar) in the post. The post must also include the hashtag #easyhomebrewday to be considered a valid entry.
2 Winner Selection
Five winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winners will be chosen within seven days after the end of the promotion.
3 Winner Notification
The selected winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram. The winners will have four days to respond to the notification and confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winners do not respond within this timeframe, we reserve the right to select another winner.
4 Prize
We are giving away five protection covers for the EasyDens 2nd generation among the participants. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
5 Rights of Use
By participating in the promotion, participants agree that their entry may be shared on our social media channels, website and mobile apps.
6 Legal Disclaimer
This promotion is not associated with Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram in any way. Instagram is not responsible for the conduct of the promotion or the provision of the prize.
7 Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed entries. Participation in the promotion is at the participants' own risk. Anton Paar assumes no responsibility for lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen prizes once they are claimed. Any liability of Anton Paar with regard to the prize and/or participation in the promotion is excluded.
8 Modification or Termination of the Promotion
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise or if the fairness or integrity of the promotion is compromised.
9 Data Protection
9.1 Data Collection and Use
By participating in this promotion, participants are hereby informed that we may collect and use personal data such as names, Instagram usernames, and contact information for the purposes of conducting the promotion. This data will be used solely for the administration of the 2024 Homebrew Day promotion and will not be disclosed to third parties unless necessary for the execution of the promotion.
9.2 Data Security
We employ appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the collected data and to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of this data.
9.3 Storage and Deletion of Data
We only store personal data for as long as necessary for the execution of the 2024 Homebrew Day promotion. After the completion of the promotion, the data will be deleted unless legal retention obligations apply.
9.4 Participants' Rights
Participants have the right to request information about the data we store, to request the correction of incorrect data, and to request the deletion of their data, unless legal retention obligations apply. 10 Final Provisions
Legal action is excluded. Austrian law is exclusively applicable.
