Shipping policy

 

How long is the delivery period after placing an order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After shipment, delivery times depend on the selected shipping method: Standard delivery typically takes 3-10 business days, Express delivery takes 2-7 business days, and Priority delivery takes 1-7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

 

What countries do you ship to?

International shipping is provided worldwide with only a few exceptions. You can find a full list of all supported countries in the checkout process. Please contact us at support@easydens.com if your country is not supported. Please note that we accept returns, but the organization and cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.  

 

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be sent out via International Postal Service or DHL Express.

 

Can I track the shipment?

Yes, you will receive tracking information after your order is processed and shipped.

 

What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping is free of charge for orders above EUR 99 or USD 99 to most destinations. For selected countries and regions, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that the final shipping costs are calculated at checkout and that in the case of cross-border deliveries (shipping from Austria, Europe), additional taxes and / or duties might apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Can I change my delivery address after dispatch?

No, any costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information shall be at your expense. If you notice any incorrections please contact support@easydens.com.
