1. Determine the sugar content of your grapes with the SmartRef Digital Refractometer:
   

   To evaluate grape ripeness the SmartRef determines the sugar content of grapes easily and reliably right in the vineyard. In combination with the mobile app Wine Meister, SmartRef delivers readings in °Brix, °Baumé, °Oechsle, °Babo, °KMW, and many other units with automatic temperature compen­sation.
   The integrated SmartGuide+ checks influencing factors during the measurement such as ambient light, cleanliness of the measuring cell and sample volume. With just one click, the results are saved directly in the app for later reference.

2. Follow the fermentation process of your wine with the EasyDens Digital Density Meter:
   With only 2 mL sample volume, the EasyDens can be used for daily measurements during the entire fermentation process (up to -10 °Brix) without significant product loss.
   To precisely determine the end point of fermentation, the Wine Meister app graphically displays the fermentation curve and automatically calculates the estimated alcohol content at the respective measuring point.

3. Determine the alcohol content of your fermenting or finished wine with EasyDens and SmartRef:
   

   The measurement of alcohol content in wine with EasyDens and SmartRef simultaneously puts an end to time-consuming distillation, tedious calculations and the use of temperature compensation tables.
   The Wine Meister app combines density and refractive index measurement, enabling a precise determination of alcohol content (± 0.5 %vol.) and total extract (± 2 g/L) during fermenta­tion and in the finished wine.
